Whisky Galore

Kilmacolm Dramatic Society is delighted to present “Whisky Galore“. The much loved Scottish Comedy by James Scotland from the novel by Compton Mackenzie. Directed by Alison Holliman.

Set on the islands of Great Todday and Little Todday during WWII, the islanders face “black times” as they run out of whisky due to war time rationing. Things change when the S.S. “Cabinet Minister” runs aground. Enjoy the amusing antics of islanders’ as they plan to thwart Customs and Excise as well as Captain Waggett, the hapless Commander of the Home Guard.

Performance dates will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd of May
