Carols at Cappielow is back again: Sunday 15th December 2024 from 4pm to 5pm

Inverclyde Christian Initiative, in association with Greenock Morton FC, is delighted to be holding another Carols at Cappielow event on Sunday 15th December from 4pm to 5pm. This will be the 10th such annual event and they have been great occasions, not only for singing some great Christmas carols but also promoting once again the real meaning of Christmas in our community. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be available from 3.30pm to keep hearts, minds and bodies warm!

For the Initiative, Chris Jewell said, ‘This is a free event and we would encourage everyone to wrap up well as December can be cold, and join us at this special time of year for what must be by far the largest open-air carol service in Inverclyde. Supported by the Riverside Youth Band and the Port Glasgow Boys Brigade Bugle Band, and with special guests the St Andrews Shanty Singers, we are looking forward to another great occasion to celebrate the birth of Jesus and would thank everyone for their support.l

Pease encourage your church family and friends and colleagues to join us for this event. More information from the Initiative by email to [email protected] or by telephone to Chris Jewell on 07932 154515
