Inverclyde Leisure Triathlon and Aquathlon

The Inverclyde Leisure Triathlon and Aquathlon returns to provide a fantastic show of competition on land and in the water! From 8:30am to 3pm on Sunday the 27^th of August at the Gourock Pool, the competition consists of:

Adult Sprint Distance Triathlon
Junior Aquathlon
Team Triathlon

The adult sprint distance triathlon individual event consists of a half-mile swim, a 10-mile cycle and a 5km run to finish

The junior aquathlon consists of a quarter-mile swim and a 3km run.

Lastly, the triathlon team event, being a half-mile swim, a 10 Mile Cycle and 5km run
