Horse, the phenomenal singer-songwriter and true icon of British music, celebrates 35 years since the release of her landmark debut album The Same Sky. Originally released on 18th June 1990, the album has become a timeless soundtrack for countless lives.

The record’s first single, You Could Be Forgiven, was followed by fan-favourites The Speed of the Beat and Sweet Thing. The final release, Careful – a breathtaking ballad featuring only voice and strings – remains one of Horse’s most enduring songs and was famously covered by Will Young.

Following the album’s release, Horse toured extensively across the UK and Europe, sharing stages with legends such as Tina Turner and B.B. King.
