Sir Boyd Tunnock’s spectacular flotilla passing Inverclyde!

28.05.2021

Life in Inverclyde

The biscuit tycoon is sailing a boat down the Clyde to raise funds for lifeboat rescuers and he hopes to be joined by hundreds of other boats. The boat named after the famous biscuit is estimated to be the biggest flotilla the river has ever seen.

The Flotilla will muster from three points – Helensburgh, Kip Marina and Gourock.  There will be a salute on 31st May at 14.00.

Spectators are advised that a key vantage point is anywhere between Gourock Pool and Western Ferries. Please be advised to be safe and follow Government social distance guidance.
