Mamma Franca, Pizzeria, Fish & Chips

Food & Drink

All the ingredients used at Mamma Franca are fresh and selected. We only use fresh 100% Fior di Latte mozzarella, Mozzarella di Bufala DOP, San Marzano tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil (evoo) and Iaquone flour, all imported from Italy.

Our doughs are proofed for at least 36 hours; the long and slow proofing time gives a light, tasty and digestible delicious crust.

Our chip shop offers great selection for your fish and chips; from traditional battered Cod or Haddock  to Salmon fish cakes. We also offer a wide selection of Chicken and other meat dishes.

Take away restaurant.
