Mamma Franca, Pizzeria, Fish & Chips

Food & Drink

All ingredients used at Mamma Franca are fresh and selected, using only fresh 100% Fior di Latte mozzarella, Mozzarella di Bufala DOP, San Marzano tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) and Iaquone flour- all imported from Italy.

Here, doughs are proofed for at least 36 hours; the long and slow proofing time gives a light, tasty and digestible delicious crust.

This take-away chip shop offers great selection for your fish and chips; from traditional battered Cod or Haddock to Salmon fish cakes. A wide selection of Chicken and other meat dishes are also available.
