We are disappointed to announce the annual fireworks event at Battery Park on Saturday 6 November 2021, will unfortunately not be going ahead. This is due to a lack of stewarding staff required to keep people safe and carry out Covid-19 vaccination checks for those attending.
Most stewarding companies are under contract to support the COP26 climate conference in Glasgow, which runs from 31 October-12 November, meaning there is a lack of available staff to work at other events.
